Almobaidhexplainedthatthe agentis not entitledto applymore than 3issuesbythe procedureinSharia courts,andthis requiresmore flexibilityto facilitatethe work of thecompanies inthe restoration oftheirnon performing loans.
Membersagreed toprovidesome of the textsand decisionsin this regard, such asa copy of thearticle 18 of theProcedure LawandForensicagentdefinitionpreludeto addressstakeholders.
The meeting alsodiscussed the issue ofthe circularin the management ofthe civil rightsareapolicecarthat you findthe ownersto pay thepremiumsand try to findan appropriate mechanismto adjust themajority of cases.
